Urban Remedy Cleanse is available via delivery to metro Sydney on Sunday and Wednesday between 4-8pm. Our cleanses are always freshly produced and delivered the day before your chosen start date. That means you can wake up bright and early and get started.

Delivery
For no additional cost, our friendly Urban Remedy delivery team will bring your cleanse, freshly produced, straight to your home or office on a day that you choose. If you can’t be there at the time of delivery, we will leave the cleanse on your doorstep or with someone at your office. If you have any special instructions for us, please tell is in the Order Notes section of the checkout process. Do make sure you’ll be able to put our juices into the fridge within a couple of hours to keep them cold and fresh.
Delivery range
We currently deliver to all suburbs in metro Sydney, and very shortly Australia-wide! If you’re out of Sydney and want to make an order, please send us a message via the contact us form on this site to enquire about a special order.
Timing & drop-off
Deliveries currently take place between 4-8pm on Sunday (for Monday start) and Wednesday (for Thursday start). We will hit the city first (so you can leave work at a reasonable hour) and then the suburbs later. If you're not there when we deliver, we will leave the cleanse at your office or on your doorstep.
Please note that five day cleanses can only be started on Mondays. The first three days will be delivered on Sunday and the last two days will be delivered on Wednesday.
Care after delivery
Your juice will be delivered to you in a custom made ‘cool-pack’, which will help you to carry the juice around, but also to make sure it’s properly refrigerated. Because our cleanse is 100% pure and has no artificial additives whatsoever, it’s important that you put them into the fridge as soon as you can. Don’t stress though, our cool-pack will keep them in great condition for a few hours at least.
Cool pack return
If you would like to return your cool packs to us (we like to recycle where possible), just tell us when you place your next order and we will arrange to pick them up when we drop off your next cleanse. Otherwise you are most welcome to keep them and use them as lunch bags, or for whatever else takes your fancy.
Environmental impact
We are aware of the impact that so many plastic bottles, straws, lids and cooler bags has on the environment and we are committed to finding to minimise our packaging. In the meantime, we strongly encourage you to recycle your bottles and to leave your icepacks and coolers bags for collection next time we deliver a cleanse to you.
