Urban Remedy Cleanse is available for delivery to Sydney Metro and Greater Sydney. Our cleanses are freshly produced and delivered the day before your chosen start date. Please visit our other locations page for a full list of locations outside of Sydney that we deliver to.
Delivery to Sydney
We deliver free of charge to Sydney Metro and for a small fee of $10 to all locations in Greater Sydney.
Please note: If you live more than 20km from Sydney City, please select Greater Sydney.
Our friendly Urban Remedy delivery team will deliver your cleanse to your home or office on a day that you choose. If you can’t be there at the time of delivery, we will leave the cleanse on your doorstep or with someone at your office. If you have any special instructions for us, please tell is in the “Order Notes” section of the checkout process. Do make sure you’ll be able to put our juices into the fridge as soon as possible to keep them cold and fresh.
Order cut off
Sunday delivery - orders must be placed by Thursday 5pm
Monday delivery - orders must be placed by Friday 5pm
Wednesday delivery - orders must be placed by Sunday 5pm
During busy times we sell out prior to order cut off so it's best to place your order as soon as you are ready.
Please note: We order our produce and plan our production in advance and therefore can not accept orders (or changes to orders) after the cut off times above.
Delivery time
Deliveries take place between 4-8pm on Sunday, Monday and Wednesday and you start your cleanse the following day. If you're not there when we deliver, we will attempt to leave the cleanse in a safe place but if we are unable to do so a $30 redelivery fee will be charged and your cleanse will be delivered via courier the following day.
Please note: 5-day cleanses can only ordered for Sunday and Monday delivery. You will receive your first batch of juices on Sunday/Monday and the second batch on Wednesday.
Care after delivery
Your juice will be delivered to you in a custom made ‘cool-pack’, which will help you to carry the juice around, but also to make sure it’s properly refrigerated. Because our cleanse is 100% pure and has no artificial additives whatsoever, it’s important that you put them into the fridge as soon as you can.
Environmental impact and cooler bag return
We are aware of the impact that so many plastic bottles have on the environment and we strongly encourage you to recycle your bottles.
If you would like to return your cooler bags and icepacks to us (we like to reuse where possible), contact us and we will arrange to pick them up. Otherwise you are most welcome to keep them and reuse them (they make awesome lunch bags).
