Our cleanses are freshly produced and delivered the day before your chosen start date. That means you can wake up bright and early and get started. 

Delivery to Sydney

For no additional cost, our friendly Urban Remedy delivery team will bring your cleanse, freshly produced, straight to your home or office on a day that you choose. If you can’t be there at the time of delivery, we will leave the cleanse on your doorstep or with someone at your office. If you have any special instructions for us, please tell is in the “Order Notes” section of the checkout process. Do make sure you’ll be able to put our juices into the fridge within an hour to keep them cold and fresh.

Order cut off 

Orders for Sunday afternoon delivery (Monday start) must be placed by Thursday 5pm and orders for Tuesday afternoon delivery (Wednesday start) must be placed by Sunday 5pm.

We currently deliver to all suburbs in metro Sydney. We are now shipping to selected locations out of Sydney. For details and locations, visit our other locations page.

Timing & drop-off 

Deliveries currently take place between 4-8pm on Sunday (for Monday start) and Tuesday (for Wednesday start). If you're not there when we deliver, we will leave your cleanse at your office or on your doorstep.

Please note that five day cleanses can only be started on Mondays. The first two days will be delivered on Sunday and the last three days will be delivered on Tuesday. 

Care after delivery

Your juice will be delivered to you in a custom made ‘cool-pack’, which will help you to carry the juice around, but also to make sure it’s properly refrigerated. Because our cleanse is 100% pure and has no artificial additives whatsoever, it’s important that you put them into the fridge as soon as you can.

Cooler bags and icepack return

If you would like to return your cooler bags and icepacks to us (we like to reuse where possible), email us and we will arrange to collect them on our Sunday or Tuesday afternoon delivery run. Otherwise you are most welcome to keep them and use them as lunch bags (they make fantastic lunch bags), or for whatever else takes your fancy.

Environmental impact

We are aware of the impact that so many plastic bottles, straws, lids and cooler bags has on the environment, so we strongly encourage you to recycle your bottles and to leave your icepacks and coolers bags for collection next time we deliver a cleanse to your area. Email us if you would like to return your cooler bags.
