Delivery Policy
Our Urban Remedy representatives deliver products Sydney-wide. All costs of delivery are included in the quoted pricing. Customers nominate their delivery dates through the ordering process and delivery is made on that day to customers nominated residential or business address. If for any reason Urban Remedy is unable to deliver your order on the date chosen we will notify you at least 24 hours prior the delivery time.

Customer Service Policy
Urban Remedy is committed to providing exceptional customer service and high quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products lists on our website are currently available for purchase and pricing is true and correct. Deliveries are made as nominated by the customer at the nominated time. If for any reason a product that you have ordered is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to either deliver another product, provide you with a new delivery time, or provide you with a full refund.

Refund Policy
To be eligible for a refund, the customer must contact Urban Remedy to cancel their order at least 4 business days before delivery of order is due. Urban Remedy does not offer refunds once product has been delivered to customer.
